Jowat PU 150.91 is a one-component, reactive polyurethane dispersion adhesive engineered for 3D membrane pressing and vacuum forming applications. The water-based formula features a built-in crosslinking mechanism that delivers high heat and water resistance after curing. This 200 kg drum format is designed for high-volume production environments in kitchen cabinet, furniture, and decorative panel manufacturing.
Bonds thermoplastic foils (PVC, PP, PET) to MDF, particleboard, and wood substrates with excellent adhesion. Room temperature application with 10–30 minute open time. One-component reactive system requires no hardener mixing. Heat resistance values are highest when lamination is performed within 8 hours of adhesive application. Available in 200 kg drum for high-throughput production lines.
