Jowat PO 221.00 is a medium-viscosity polyolefin hot melt engineered for precision edgebanding and profile wrapping in furniture manufacturing. The natural colour formulation creates transparent, non-discolouring bondlines on solid wood and veneer substrates. Low density resin (0.90 g/cm³) means significant material savings compared to heavier adhesive chemistries without compromising thermal stability or heat resistance.
Compatible with all standard hot melt applicators operating between 170–190°C (processing range). Suits hand-gun and continuous lamination equipment. Bonds reliably to solid wood, veneer, PVC, ABS, HPL, melamine, MDF, and particleboard. Long open time permits controlled edgebanding of curved and profiled components.
