Jowatherm PO 221.01 is a medium-viscosity polyolefin hot melt engineered for precision edgebanding and veneer bonding in fine woodworking. The white formulation creates invisible bondlines on light wood species and white substrates, eliminating visible glue residue on finished pieces. Its thermal stability at elevated processing temperatures ensures reliable performance in automated edgebanding systems while maintaining excellent adhesion to veneer, solid wood, and engineered panels.
Compatible with standard hot melt applicators, automatic edgebanders, and manual hand-held guns. Bonds securely to solid wood, veneers, PVC, ABS, PP, pressure laminates, polyester laminates, melamine, resinated paper, and treated aluminum for furniture assembly and decorative edge finishing.
