Overview
HELMITINE 4545 RED is the red-dyed variant of the Helmiprene 4545 high-performance spray grade polychloroprene contact adhesive. The red colorant provides enhanced visibility during application, helping operators ensure uniform coverage on dark-colored substrates and complex surfaces. It shares the same aggressive tack, fast drying, and high heat resistance properties as the standard clear formulation. This 18.9 L pail is the standard metric-size format for Canadian shops.
Apply at 1.8–2.2 dry g/ft² for 80% coverage by hand spray. For automatic lines, minimum 1.5 dry g/ft². Working temperature 18 °C or warmer. Red dye provides enhanced visibility on dark substrates. Also available in clear: 5 Gal Pail (SKU 7880) and 161 KG Drum (SKU 7881).

Applications
Postforming countertops, flat lamination of HPL to substrates, wall panel bonding, cabinet door overlays, decorative surface mounting. The red dye is preferred when bonding dark laminates or substrates where clear adhesive would be hard to see.
