Overview

HELMIBOND 895WH is a low activation temperature, two-part waterborne adhesive engineered for membrane pressing and vacuum forming of rigid thermofoils. Designed for the manufacture of cabinet doors, furniture components, and other 3D laminated parts, it delivers outstanding water and heat resistance when used as directed with Helmitin Hardener 561. The white color provides easy visibility during application and after drying, helping operators maintain consistent, uniform coverage across complex three-dimensional profiles.

Pairs with Helmitin Hardener 561 for maximum water and heat resistance. Compatible with HVLP and airless spray systems. Ideal for RTF/3DL and vacuum membrane press operations in cabinet and furniture manufacturing.
