How do I open a trade account?
Request one with our short trade-account form. We review every request and set you up with trade pricing and, on approval, credit terms.
How do I see trade pricing?
Trade pricing appears automatically once you're signed in to your trade account. Sign in at any time from the account menu.
Do you sell in case quantities?
Many items are also sold in case packs at case pricing. Ask us for the case quantity on any SKU and we will quote it alongside single-unit pricing.
Where can I find spec sheets and catalogs?
Spec sheets and technical data sheets are linked on many product pages and are available on request for any item we carry. Brand catalogs are listed on our Catalogs page and are being added on a rolling basis.
What areas do you deliver to?
In-stock orders placed by 2 PM ET dispatch the same business day from our Mississauga warehouse, with same-day and next-day courier options across the Greater Toronto Area and carrier delivery Canada-wide.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available at our Mississauga warehouse, 2417 Drew Rd. We'll confirm when your order is ready.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due before dispatch unless your account has approved credit terms (our standard trade term is net 30). We accept EFT and wire transfer, Interac e-Transfer, business cheque, Visa and Mastercard, and cash or debit at the warehouse counter.
How do I request a quote?
Email support@pacohardware.com with the SKUs and quantities you need, or ask your sales rep for a formal quote.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging so we can process a claim.
Can I return an item?
Yes, with an RMA issued within 30 days, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
