Shipping & Returns
How we get your order to you, and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
1. Same-day dispatch
Orders placed by 2 PM ET ship the same business day from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse.
2. Canada-wide delivery
We ship across Canada by common carrier, with same-day and next-day service available across the Greater Toronto Area.
3. Warehouse pickup
Pickup is available at 2417 Drew Rd, Mississauga, ON L5S 1A1. Call ahead to confirm your order is ready before you arrive.
Returns
1. RMA required
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), issued within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@pacohardware.com to request one.
2. Condition
Items must be unopened, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. Non-returnable items
Custom and cut-to-order products cannot be returned.
4. Damaged on arrival
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging, so we can file a claim with the carrier.
