Overview
HELMIPRENE 4545 is a high-performance, flammable spray grade polychloroprene contact adhesive with a low viscosity engineered for excellent spray characteristics. It delivers fast drying with aggressive tack, outstanding green strength, and high heat resistance, making it the go-to choice for postforming and flat lamination in woodworking, cabinetry, and panel manufacturing. This 5 Gallon pail is the standard shop format for hand spray and automatic spray line operations.
Apply at 1.8–2.2 dry g/ft² for 80% coverage by hand spray. For automatic lines, minimum 1.5 dry g/ft². Working temperature 18 °C or warmer. Coverage: ~310 ft² @ 1.8 dry g/ft² per pail, ~155 ft² completed bond. Also available in 161 KG Drum (SKU 7881) and RED 18.9 L (SKU 8223).
