HELMIBOND 833 is a one-part Type I water-resistant PVA wood glue engineered for demanding woodworking environments. Combining very fast setting speed with a long assembly time and excellent wet tack, it delivers rigid, water-resistant bonds that meet ASTM D4 Type I standards. Equally effective in cold pressing, hot pressing, and radio-frequency curing applications.
Compatible with Helmitin Hardener 590 (5% by weight) for enhanced crosslinking. Optimum bonding at 22°C (72°F) and 45–55% relative humidity. Wood moisture content should be 6–8%. Substrates should be acclimatized together at 18°C (65°F) or above for at least 48 hours prior to bonding.
