Send a cabinet door out of sight into the side panel instead of swinging it open. Sugatsune's pocket door system, distributed by PACO Hardware, is built for inset doors and includes soft-close so the door does not slam shut. It covers cabinet heights from 31 1/2 to 94 1/2 inches across four height ranges. Slide lengths run from 16 1/4 to 28 1/4 inches to match.
Matching the height range and slide length to the actual cabinet keeps the door tracking straight. It then swings out and slides back into the side of the cabinet. Soft-close is built into every size, so the motion stays controlled from the largest cabinet down to the smallest.
